Our clinicians
Our clinicians are specialists in eating disorders and disordered eating, working together as a multidisciplinary team.

We support adults, and parents or carers who are worried about a child or young person, through structured, online care that is assessment-led and neurodiversity-informed.
How our clinical team works
Care at The Eating Disorders Clinic begins with an assessment. This allows us to understand what is happening for you, what support is needed, and which clinicians are best placed to help.

Our clinicians work as a multidisciplinary team. This means dietitians, psychologists, psychotherapists, and occupational therapists can be involved where appropriate, with clear coordination and shared understanding.
-

Starting support with us
Step 1: Initial consultation
Your first appointment is always with one of our Clinical Directors. This session focuses on understanding your concerns, your circumstances, and what support may be helpful.
Step 2: Clarifying the right approach
If things feel clear, a treatment plan can be recommended straight away. If more understanding is needed, we may suggest a specialist assessment to ensure the right clinicians and tools are involved for your personal situation.
Step 3: Starting tailored support
Support is planned around your needs and may involve a psychologist, a dietitian, and, where sensory needs are relevant, an occupational therapist. All treatment plans are individualised and reviewed as work progresses.
We are here to help
Reaching out for support can feel difficult. Whether you are struggling yourself or are worried about someone you care about, you don’t have to face this on your own.

Supporting people with eating difficulties is what we do every day. Our clinicians are experienced specialists who understand how complex this can feel, and who offer calm, compassionate support. We are here to listen, to guide you, and to help you take the next step in a way that feels safe and manageable.
